At OnePulse, our mission is to change the way you work out, change your body, and change how you feel about fitness. We also offer private and semi-private personal training to help you reach your fitness goals.  Time to Power-Up!


Private One-on-One Personal Training Custom Tailored to You

Private sessions are perfect for clients who want maximum individual attention.  Each workout is programmed and customized to  your goals, your needs, your body type, your lifestyle and your level of fitness.  The sole responsibility of your trainer is to getting you to reach your goals safely and quickly.  Your sessions will typically be composed of a hybrid of functional training, strength and conditioning, and metabolic training. We will promote proper motor patterns and proper posture throughout the workout.  


Semi-Private Personal Training for up to 4 Clients

If you want to combine the energy, camaraderie and motivation of group classes while still having the benefit of individualized attention, custom programming, encouragement and correction of personal training, then semi-private sessions are perfect for you!  

Semi-private sessions are limited to no more than 4 clients in a group to allow for optimal individual attention from your trainer and programming that will help you reach your goals!  You will get the energy of working out with a group, as well as the added accountability of your workout partners to push you to your limits and help you cross the finish line!

Round-up a few friends or join other clients and make new friends and work together towards that new version of you!
